- El acuerdo tiene como objetivo asegurar el correcto y eficiente reciclado del alumbrado público.
AENOR ha sido acreditada por la Entidad Nacional de Acreditación (ENAC) según la norma UNE-EN 15343 para sus esquemas de certificación de la Trazabilidad del Plástico Reciclado y de la certificación del Contenido en Plástico Reciclado.
Esta acreditación supone que el certificado de Contenido en Plástico Reciclado podrá ser utilizado por los clientes de AENOR para beneficiarse de las ventajas fiscales previstas en el proyecto de Ley de Residuos y Suelos Contaminados, que propone la fijación de un impuesto especial sobre los envases de plástico no reutilizables, siendo posible la reducción o eliminación de dicha tasa mediante la presentación de un certificado debidamente acreditado por ENAC.
Asimismo, la acreditación para la certificación de la Trazabilidad del Plástico Reciclado aportará al mercado una solución rigurosa e independiente que incidirá en el análisis del origen de los residuos plásticos, y su proceso de transformación en materiales reciclados, debidamente caracterizados, que facilitará su reincorporación a la cadena de valor de los plásticos mediante su utilización en nuevas aplicaciones.
AENOR consigue así un nuevo avance en su compromiso con la sostenibilidad y en el desarrollo de soluciones eficaces en el ámbito de la Economía Circular de los plásticos, en el que ya han confiado más de 30 organizaciones desde la puesta en marcha de este esquema.
